Did Dave mention he works with an animal rights non-profit? :)

With regard to many different implementations, I'd like to see something 
that helps groups fulfill all of their legal requirements as a 
non-profit. I believe we could target US federal as a start, since many 
groups are registered at that level. This includes things like 
accounting requirements, thank-yous with the proper receipt, etc.
