The financials module is currently a bunch of spare parts left over from 
some earlier version of DonorWare.  It is not currently functional.  
Donor.com would require funding and 6 months to get it running, and *only 
then* would we see if it works for our particular needs.  Hence, the need 
for a parallel effort.
